This data was pulled from game manuals and parts lists both paper and electronic. All efforts were made to be accurate, but given Williams was known for manual errors. use at your own risk. From my experience, the coil stop has the greatest effect on flipper travel.
There is no column for the plunger separately (just plunger and link), as it usually not changed by itself. All games from High Speed onward call for 02-4219 flipper plunger. Some discussion occured in 2007 about the 02-4219 plunger changing lengths for Pin2000 games, where it was made slightly longer. This dimension has not been advertised as far as I can tell. To make matters worse, in this same time frame a major vendor (and supplier to many parts sellers) was said to have had a bad batch of plungers made. Since the plunger length directly effects the dimensions of the plunger and link assembly, the error propogates through.
As of this writing (02/2011) most parts suppliers have the correct length plungers, so this is not an issue.
